  • The park consists of 253 acres with 165 acres available for development.
     
  • The park is adjacent to CSX Railroad.
     
  • Utilities at the park include; 8 inch water line (80 psi), 8 inch wastewater line, & electric power.
     

  • The park is 5 miles from the Monroe County Airport; 30 miles from McGhee-Tyson Airport; 2 miles from State Highway 68 and sits next to U.S. Hwy. 411.

Kefauver Park

Visit Madisonville's beautiful family gathering place!  Kefauver Park has something for everyone.  There is a walking trail for you and your family and friends to take a leisurely walk or come for power walking to stay in shape!  The playground will entertain the kids while you enjoy the scenery.  Have a family reunion or just come for a picnic with your family.  Kefauver Park has amenities for all types of sports, such as baseball, tennis, basketball, and even fishing.  Whatever your interests, Kefauver Park is a great place to be!
